Don't Live Locally?

We help international patients

We are often told something like "I wish my mom could come here but she lives in another state. You've helped me so much I know that this would help her too."

If you live out of state, or even out of the country, we can still help you. We are currently working with many patients from all over the world. There are two ways we can help patients who don't live locally, and we have helped patients that we have never met face to face. However, some patients travel to our office for the initial visit only and then we are able to handle the rest using telephone and email.

If you are NOT able to travel to our office for the initial visit, it is not a problem. Here is how we do it:

1. Fill out the "Healthcare Evaluation" form on our website. If you prefer, we could mail or fax you a copy to fill out and send back.
2. When the evaluation form arrives at our office, our doctors will review your information.
3. We will then schedule you for a 20-30 minute consultation on the telephone with one of our doctors. They will ask some specific questions about your health problems to help determine what course of action will be taken to help you get to the cause of your problems.
4. After the telephone consultation is complete, the doctors will create their recommendations of what steps need to be done. Those recommendations will then be sent to you via email (fax or mail if you prefer) so you can review them. Recommendations may consist of:

   a. Specific laboratory testing
   b. Dietary recommendations
   c. Detoxification program
   d. Nutritional supplementation (vitamins, minerals, glandulars, bio-identical hormones, etc)

5. You review the recommendations, and decide on beginning the program. If you decide to start, we send you all the necessary items you need to begin your program. (The majority of the functional lab tests are performed in your own home and do not require a doctors visit.)
6. Next we will set up phone consultations with one of our doctors to review your test results and make any recommendations, and ship you any needed supplements, bioidentical hormones, and/or holistic medicines.
