Fatigue*Sleep Problems

I was tired all the time; I could not sleep at night like a normal person. Once I went to sleep even after 8 hours of sleep I was still tired. On occasion I would take a nap during the day. Hello energy bunny, good-bye naps. I am now sleeping only about 6 hours, but it’s the best sleep ever! I no longer need a nap, I have more energy and I lost some weight as well.
